James Regan has been a close friend to us since freshman year. He was a year older but stayed back, so we all ended up in the same grade and got to know him well. James graduated early in January, and throughout high school, he was always someone we could count on. Now, he needs our help more than ever.
Recently, he found himself in a heartbreaking situation. His mother was abusive, and after he defended himself, she filed a restraining order against him. As a result, James is now borderline homeless. A local motel has generously allowed him to stay for free for a little while, but we don’t know how long that will last. He’s facing uncertainty every day, and it’s hard to see someone we care about struggle like this.
We tryna raise funds to help James secure food and a safe place to stay. Every dollar donated will go directly toward giving him stability and hope during this difficult time. At the bottom of our hearts, my friends and I appreciate any form of help—even a dollar can build up to make a real difference for James. Thank you for considering supporting him and showing that he’s not alone.
