Help Maneli Rebuild Our Yoga Community

Hello Yogis,

On May 20, 2024 we received the sudden and unexpected news that the La Jolla YogaSix location was closing in five days. I quickly learned that I was not the only one who was shocked and devastated by this news. This yoga community was a haven for many, and that is in huge part to Maneli, the manager and lead instructor of this studio.

Maneli cultivated a nurturing, supportive practice environment where your level of expertise, your background, or even your mood that day did not matter. Just showing up on your mat and being there for whatever you needed that day, whether it was flowing with your fellow yogis or laying in shavasana the whole time, were enough. I believe this feeling resonates with all of you that this yoga practice and community would not be possible without Maneli's kindness, wealth of knowledge, amazing energy, and instruction.

With your support and encouragement, we created this GoFundMe. Maneli has a vision for the studio space and tremendous hope that we will practice together again one day.

We will share updates on the studios' progress on this GoFundMe page. All donations will be provided to Maneli and put towards re-opening the studio. Maneli aspires to re-open the studio in the La Jolla Village Square shopping center and make renovations, like adding infrared heating.
