Hello, my name is Julianne Bellew and Britney Bellew. My mom has been bravely fighting stage 4 colon cancer, and sadly, it has now spread throughout her body. Time is limited, and we’re doing everything we can to create meaningful moments while we still have the chance. One bright light during this incredibly difficult time is that she was approved for a final wish through the Dream Foundation. For her wish, she chose something close to her heart - an immersive experience at Blue Hills Ranch in McGregor, Texas, where she can be surrounded by her favorite animal: giraffes.

Blue Hills Ranch offers a once-in-a-lifetime, peaceful wildlife experience where guests can dine with giraffes, sleep in luxury accommodations overlooking the animals, and take private safari tours across the ranch’s 150 acres. During her visit, my mom would have the chance to hand-feed giraffes, enjoy dinner in their presence, tour the sanctuary, and even interact with animals like kangaroos, zebras, and otters. She would be staying in their Giraffe Safari Villa — a beautiful, all-glass space that lets you wake up to giraffes just outside your window. It’s a setting filled with peace, nature, and joy — everything she deserves in this final chapter.

While the Dream Foundation is generously helping, they can only cover a portion of the cost. We still need to raise an additional $5,000 to make this trip happen. This amount would help cover the full immersive experience, including lodging, private animal encounters, meals, and the travel needed to get her there safely and comfortably.
