Help Make Kellie’s Home Safe and Livable

Hello, my name is Brigh and I am Kellie’s oldest daughter. My mom does not know about this fundraiser. I would like to hopefully surprise her because she honestly deserves so much more than I can give her and I want to help turn her luck around.

My mom moved down south during covid because as a single mom, she could no longer afford her home here in NH. She has always worked two jobs for as long as I can honestly remember. She moved down south for cheaper living but despite working 70 hour weeks between both her jobs, she’s still barely getting by. She was making it work though until a pipe in her house started slowly leaking behind walls and it did enough damage to need to replace piping, kitchen cabinets, kitchen wall, kitchen floor, dinning room floor, bathroom floor, parts of their bathroom wall, the bathroom vanity, the flooring in her bedroom closet, and some of the closet walls. A few days later, her water pump blew and now she needs a whole new water pump including digging a new well. Insurance keeps denying covering these repairs. She’s looking at thousands. She has no running water and is living in a damp, mold ridden house. If you know my mom, you know she’s the most hard working person and has the biggest heart. She cannot possibly work more than the 70 hours a week she already does. She’s done so much for everyone else around her, and she is so deserving of a little bit of relief.
