‏I am Mahmoud Samour from Gaza, married and have a daughter. In the 28 years of my life, I have experienced five brutal wars and numerous escalations. Since my childhood, we have faced financial difficulties and poverty, and spent many nights without food. In the past, we saw slight improvements in our living conditions, but since the beginning of the war, Gaza has been devastated. My source of income is my work... and with the war, all our dreams and ambitions have disappeared, and we now live in tents that cannot withstand the wind or the cold. In addition to our displacement, we are faced with a huge increase in the cost of living, which makes it difficult to leave Gaza, given the insanely high prices... And don't forget that your help, even a little, in this difficult situation and the high prices of all goods helps us to meet our needs and daily expenses. I got married at the age of 24 and have a two-year-old daughter, born before the war. My wife and I, and our dreams of building our own home and raising our children with dignity, have been shattered by the cruelty and brutality of the war. We lost everything and now I have no money to buy diapers or milk for my baby. Help me build our home, which we never wanted to finish.
