Help Mahmoud, his wife and children

I am Mahmoud Samour from Gaza, married with two children. Over the 28 years of my life, I have lived through five brutal wars and numerous escalations. Since my childhood, we have faced financial hardships and poverty, and spent many nights without food. In the past, we witnessed slight improvements in our living conditions, but since the beginning of the war, Gaza has been devastated. My source of income is my work... With the war, all our dreams and ambitions have vanished, and we now live in tents that cannot withstand the wind or the cold. In addition to our displacement, we face a tremendous increase in the cost of living, which makes it difficult to leave Gaza, given the exorbitant prices... And don't forget that your help, even a little, in this difficult situation and the rising prices of all goods helps us meet our needs and daily expenses. I married at the age of 24 and have a two-year-old daughter, born before the war, and an eight-month-old baby born during the war who suffers from severe malnutrition. My wife and I's dreams of building our own home and raising our children with dignity have been shattered by the cruelty and brutality of the war. We lost everything, and now I don't have money to buy diapers or milk for my children. Help me build the house we never wanted to finish.

أنا محمود سمور من غزة، متزوج ولدي طفلان. على مدار 28 عامًا من حياتي، عشت خمس حروب وحشية وتصعيدات عديدة. منذ طفولتي، واجهنا صعوبات مالية وفقرًا، وقضينا ليالٍ عديدة بلا طعام. في الماضي، شهدنا تحسنًا طفيفًا في ظروفنا المعيشية، ولكن منذ بداية الحرب، دُمرت غزة. مصدر دخلي هو عملي... مع الحرب، تلاشت جميع أحلامنا وطموحاتنا، ونعيش الآن في خيام لا تتحمل الرياح ولا البرد. بالإضافة إلى نزوحنا، نواجه ارتفاعًا هائلاً في تكلفة المعيشة، مما يجعل من الصعب مغادرة غزة، نظرًا للأسعار الباهظة... ولا تنسوا أن مساعدتكم، ولو بالقليل، في هذا الوضع الصعب وارتفاع أسعار جميع السلع تساعدنا على تلبية احتياجاتنا ونفقاتنا اليومية. تزوجت في سن الرابعة والعشرين ولدي ابنة تبلغ من العمر عامين، ولدت قبل الحرب، وطفل يبلغ من العمر ثمانية أشهر وُلد أثناء الحرب ويعاني من سوء تغذية حاد. تحطمت أحلامي أنا وزوجتي ببناء منزلنا الخاص وتربية أطفالنا بكرامة بسبب قسوة الحرب ووحشيتها. فقدنا كل شيء، والآن لا أملك المال لشراء حفاضات أو حليب لأطفالي. ساعدوني في بناء المنزل الذي لم نرغب يومًا في إكماله.
