I come to you with a plea for urgent assistance in a matter of life and death. My fiancée and her family, totaling eight individuals, including her parents, are currently stranded in the war-ravaged southern part of Gaza, specifically in Rafah. The relentless violence and devastation have left them without hope or means to escape the dire circumstances they face.

The situation in Gaza has deteriorated rapidly over the past few months, plunging families like mine into a nightmarish existence of fear and uncertainty. With the ongoing conflict depriving them of basic necessities, work, and or any source of income, my loved ones are left with no option but to seek refuge elsewhere for their survival.

I, currently residing in Canada, am their only beacon of hope in this harrowing ordeal. We plan to evacuate them to Egypt, where they can find respite and the basic human rights they deserve. However, the journey to safety comes at a staggering cost, with the Egyptian border crossing requiring USD 5,000 per person. With a total of eight family members needing evacuation, the expenses quickly add up to an insurmountable sum of USD 40,000.
