Help Maggie Heal: Support Her Recovery

We’re reaching out on behalf of a loving family of six whose sweet dog, Maggie, was recently hit by a car in a devastating accident. Maggie is not just a pet—she’s a cherished member of the family and a loyal companion to four young children who adore her.

Maggie sustained serious injuries, including fractures in both of her front legs—one is in a cast, and the other in a splint. On top of that, she suffered deep lacerations and painful abrasions on her legs and paws that required stitches. Her wounds are so severe that she requires frequent bandage changes, which require sedation because it is so painful. In top of all that, sadly, some areas of tissue have died from the impact, and it’s likely that she’ll need surgery soon to remove them.

Her family has been doing everything they can to get her the care she needs, but the costs have quickly added up and their funds are now depleted. With more vet appointments, possible surgeries, and ongoing care still ahead, they are in urgent need of help.

Maggie means the world to this family. She’s a constant source of comfort, love, and joy—especially to the children, who are struggling to understand why their best friend is in pain. Any donation, big or small, will go directly toward Maggie’s medical expenses and recovery.
