My son Macaulay has been in hospital for 12 months and is currently awaiting discharge. While we’re eager to get to him to a new forever home, there’s one major challenge: his current wheelchair is no longer fit for purpose. Without a safe and suitable wheelchair, Macaulay’s mobility and independence will be severely limited when he leaves hospital.

We are raising £5,000 to provide Macaulay with a new wheelchair that will meet his needs and give him the comfort and freedom he deserves. Having the right wheelchair will make an enormous difference in his daily life, helping him get back to doing the things he loves and easing the transition home from hospital.
