This morning, I woke up to some devastating news—several cars in our apartment complex were damaged overnight, and my 2011 Nissan Versa was one of them. I rely on my car every day to get to work and to take my kids to and from school. When I saw the damage, I felt like crying and screaming, but I had to stay strong for my two children, who were already upset by what happened.

Right now, I’m in a tough financial spot. My insurance will cover part of the repairs, but I’m responsible for a deductible that I just can’t afford at the moment.
