Hi! My name is Tyler Vieira and I'm the founder of the L.U.N.A.R Youth Foundation, a student-led nonprofit focused on early intervention, emotional support, and giving kids the guidance and comfort they don't often receive at home or school. Our mission is to uplift youth by providing safe spaces, supportive resources, and small but powerful acts of care that can stop a negative spiral before it starts.

I started L.U.N.A.R because I've seen firsthand how much it matters to step in early before a kid hits a breaking point. Our mission is to bring comfort, support, and hope to students who are dealing with stress, instability, or hardship at school or home.

Our first project, Hope Bags, provides stress-relief items, small comforts, and positive messages to elementary and middle school students. These bags are designed to make a child feel seen, safe, and supported even if it is just for a moment.
