I am fundraising for my friend Lul in Kenya. This is her statement

my name is Lul and i got laid off 2 months ago and despite having some savings , i had to use them for food , transport for interviews and medication after i got a chest infection, bad timing i know.I have tried to make ends meet with pulling shifts at different places but unfortunately i have not made enough to cover for the bills required and despite cutting out everything except necessities i still did not make enough to cover the bills which is food , water and medications. At the moment i am still doing odd jobs to make ends meet because i can’t find anything else and i truly do not have anywhere else to turn , i will truly appreciate your help and it will go towards helping me stay afloat , thank you .
