Luisa is a much loved educator by not just the local centre but the community. She’s a mentor to other educators and her genuine, calm, caring nature makes her a favourite to many children.

Visas can be appealed via the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) . The application cost to appeal is $3580

(They Refund 50% If successful)

A bridging visa is available in the meantime.

All this comes at a cost. With high costs

Luisa may have no option but to return to Colombia and apply from her home country several months later or worse may not be able to return to the Australia.
