I’m here as a daughter like many of you who have lost their father or any family members to this messed up situation with ICE. Asking for a bit of support from my people, family and friends. Last night we got the call that my father, Luis Enrique Flores Lopez, was coming out of work when taken by immigration. He didn’t fight but humbly gave himself and only asked for one thing, to call his family and say goodbye. He thought no one would fight for him, no one would help, he gave up in worry of not affording a lawyer to fight. This man has sacrificed and worked too hard in this country, made a home and a family just for him to be taken from us and be put in a cage like a dog. And then dumped with many others in the middle of nowhere with nothing or no way to get home, to contact their family, no food in their stomach.

So I’m here to ask for help and support with a bit to get him by on the other side with food, a way to travel him all the way back home with his family, some clothes, and a way to contact his family here and something to have on him for an emergency or when he finally gets home. Anything helps and anything is appreciated from the bottom of our hearts. We just want to make sure he is safe and well taken care of as he has done for us. Thank you so much.
