Our Story My name is Salma, and I am raising funds on behalf of our small business, The Luchador Food Truck, which I co-own and operate here in Southern New Mexico. For over 11 years, the Luchador Food Truck—launched by three friends—has been a community staple, bringing fresh and delicious flavors to our region. This year, we have a unique opportunity to compete for the title of New Mexico’s Best Green Chile Cheeseburger at the Green Chile Cheeseburger SmackDown in Santa Fe. We’re proud to represent the true heart of chile country—the Hatch Valley—and bring that trophy home to Southern New Mexico.
