Justice for My Grandmother — Help Us Reclaim What Was Stolen

My name is Lucas, and I never imagined I'd be in this position.

My grandmother passed away in late January of this year. We weren’t even given the chance to say goodbye. We didn’t find out until over a week after she had passed. No call, no message, nothing. Just silence.

That silence turned into a nightmare.

When we started to search for answers, what we found shattered us: four months before her death, everything: her home, belongings, cherished family heirlooms, even her final remains, had been signed over to complete strangers. People none of us knew. Not her friends. Not her neighbors. Not one family member.

We believe my grandmother was manipulated and taken advantage of during an incredibly vulnerable time. There was no explanation, no transparency, just paperwork and locked doors. This isn't just about property. It's about abuse of trust, undue influence, and a cruel erasure of our family’s history.

They’re even keeping her ashes from us.

The last piece we have of her is being held hostage.

We have filed police reports and spoken with attorneys. We’re pursuing a lawsuit to bring the truth to light and reclaim the things that mattered most to my grandmother and our family. But legal battles are long, draining, and expensive. That’s why I’m asking for help.
