I have been restrained from seeing my child simply because i told my daughters mother I didn’t wish to have a grown man and his 2 children sleeping in my daughters living room on an air mattress, and this money will he put towards legal representation for me to establish parental rights, anyone who knows me knows I adore my daughter and I put her needs before my own. I would have been picking her up from daycare today but since I am not legally allowed to contact her mother, I can’t pick my daughter up and return her to her mom  after the weekend. I have a court date 3/2 and I will be able to have a voice in this disgustingly unfair situation. Children deserve to have both parents in their life. My daughter and I have an unbelievable bond and my daughter is only a baby once, and I’m being deprived of this time. Anything helps.
