Hey Everyone,

As you know, my mom, Lori, has significant health issues. She has had two strokes and now, three heart attacks.

Many of you don't know, but early this morning around 12:45 AM, I was staying at my mom's and she woke me up out of a dead sleep. She was pale, clammy, stated she couldn't breathe, and her chest was hurting like there was a rock in there.

I called 911, they brought her to the hospital where she was finally admitted at 8 AM today with what they call "Hypertensive Crisis".

She also has an ulcer on her aorta, which is life-threatening. They did blood tests, and her liver function was abnormal, and her cardiac enzymes (Troponin) level was high, indicating a heart attack.

As some of you may know, my mom would give the shirt off her back even when she has nothing to help someone else. She is a very hard worker and doesn't ever stop. Well, this is going to put her out of work for a little bit.

We are not ever ones to ask for help, but even the littlest amount will help her pay medical bills as she doesn't have medical insurance, rent, and other necessities.
