Hi, my name is Brooklynn, and I’m Lori’s youngest daughter. I am not one to ask for help and never thought I’d be making something like this, but my mom really needs any help she can get right now.

On July 17th, 2025, we got a call from the police telling my sister that they had my mom — she had just been through something awful.

She was forced into her own car by 4 people, one of whom was a woman my mom had let stay in her home during a hard time named Amy. Once in her car, they forced her to drive. During this time, they had a lifted white Titan follow my mom as she drove. My mom, being terrified, came to a stop at a fork in the road in a neighborhood, and the white lifted Nissan Titan intentionally hit her car twice (the driver being the boyfriend of Amy). After the crash, they stole her phone and keys and left her there, hurt and alone. At least one person was armed. This assault was planned. It wasn’t random — it was meant to seriously harm her. My mom then had to go house to house asking someone to call 911.

Now her car is totaled, she’s dealing with physical pain and trauma, and on top of it all, she’s at risk of losing her housing. She’s been left with nothing — no car, no phone, no stability.

We’re trying to raise funds to help her get back on her feet. Donations will go toward:

- Medical care and mental health support

- Temporary housing

- Transportation and basic essentials

- Replacing what was stolen

- Legal help to get justice
