Help Lori, Kevin & Baby Silas - NICU Lodging

Dear friends and family,

Lori and Kevin’s sweet baby boy, Silas, was born early—a beautiful surprise that has brought them so much joy, but also some unexpected challenges. While Lori has had a healthy recovery, baby Silas will need extra time in the NICU before he’s ready to come home.

Lori and Kevin are currently in Modesto, nearly two hours away from their home in Groveland, and the distance will be a barrier as they embark on their parenthood journey. Lori is being discharged soon, but she needs to stay close to Silas, not only to support him, but also to continue her recovery while caring for him.

There is an Airbnb just half a mile from the NICU, providing Lori and Kevin a safe and restful place to stay between nursing and snuggling her newborn. However, securing this lodging is a financial strain they simply cannot manage on their own. This is where we can help!
