Hi everyone, I’m excited to share something deeply personal and important to me — the launch of Londyn Arrow Health Network.

I’ve lived with my own mental health struggles for years, navigating moments of deep pain, uncertainty, and isolation. But nothing prepared me for losing my older brother to suicide in 2017. That loss changed me forever. It made me realize how urgently our communities (especially communities of color) need safe spaces, advocacy, and real guidance when it comes to mental health.

That’s why I started Londyn Arrow Health Network — a nonprofit agency created to advocate for mental health, raise awareness, and help people navigate the complicated systems that often leave them feeling lost and alone. Our mission is to make sure no one feels they have to suffer in silence, and that families have somewhere to turn before it’s too late.

Right now, we’re at the very first step: becoming an official 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This status will allow us to apply for grants, partner with other organizations, and expand our reach to truly make an impact. The cost for filing is $275 — a small amount in some ways, but right now, it’s a barrier we can’t cross without help.

We’re asking our community to help us raise the funds to cover this fee so we can get started. Even $5 moves us closer to the goal. Every donation, no matter the size, is an investment in saving lives and changing the way we talk about mental health.
