Hello, my name is Paula Aniorte, a year ago, a guy contacted me and asked for my help. I started helping him and his family and now they are a big part of my life.

Sadly, they live in Gaza and i am scared to lose them.

Let me tell you their story:

When Loay contacted me, he got stuck all alone with his mother in the south of the gaza strip. His wife got stuck at the beginning of the war in the north because of her pregnancy.

They couldn't contact each other for months til he learned that Rhana, his wife, was alive and well.

And they finally had some contact going on.

Months passed and Rhana was getting closer to her due date, and Loay was so far away from her.

On 11th June 2024, Thalia was born, and Loay was forced to watch through a screen.

6 months later, millions of palestinians were allowed to go to the north. Loay walked 9 hours and finally met his daughter and reunited with his wife. We were all so emotional that this happened.

They have been together for a while now but the situation is getting worse.

3 months ago, they were feeding sugar to Thalia because they couldn't find anything else.

But right now? They have NOTHING, they are at the edge of starvation, this little baby is STARVING. We need to help them get some food or aid.

Israel has blocked all of that from coming into Gaza, so prices are higher than ever and food is almost non existent.

If we cannot get them food or water, they need to escape. There were some companies that were evacuating Palestinians through the Egypt border.

That would be so expensive but their lives are far more important.

FAQ:

They get the money via Ria Money Transfer or Western Union, which allows to send money internationally to their bank account.

As you could guess, I cannot share private documents but i assure you all that all documents have been checked and approved by GoFundMe, proving that they are real people.

Hola, me llamo Paula Aniorte. Hace un año, un chico me contactó y me pidió ayuda. Empecé a ayudarlo a él y a su familia, y ahora son una parte importante de mi vida. Su esposa se quedó atrapada al principio de la guerra en el norte debido a su embarazo. No pudieron comunicarse durante meses hasta que supo que Rhana, su esposa, estaba viva y bien. Y finalmente pudieron comunicarse. Pasaron los meses y Rhana se acercaba a su fecha de parto, y Loay estaba muy lejos de ella. El 11 de junio de 2024, nació Thalia, y Loay se vio obligado a verlo a través de una pantalla. Seis meses después, millones de palestinos pudieron ir al norte. Loay caminó 9 horas y finalmente encontró a su hija y se reunió con su esposa. Todos estábamos muy emocionados por esto. 

 Llevan un tiempo juntos, pero la situación está empeorando. Hace 3 meses, le daban azúcar a Thalia porque no encontraban nada más. ¿Y ahora? No tienen nada, están al borde de la inanición, este bebé se muere de hambre. Necesitamos ayudarlos a conseguir comida o ayuda. Israel ha bloqueado la entrada de todo eso a Gaza, por lo que los precios son más altos que nunca y la comida es casi inexistente. Si no podemos conseguirles comida ni agua, tienen que escapar. Había algunas empresas que estaban evacuando a palestinos a través de la frontera con Egipto. Eso sería muy caro, pero sus vidas son mucho más importantes.
