Help Lizzie Reunite with Her Children

After eight years of being a great mother, housekeeper, and companion to her husband, Lizzie's marriage (official for only the last two years of their relationship) unraveled. Last December she separated from her husband and, as happens in many breakups, things did not go well. Because of the stress of the breakup, Lizzie had to leave her home in the Kern Valley section of California ... and to make sure that her daughter (9-year-old Dahlia, from a previous relationship) was safe during this tumultuous time, she arranged to have her stay with an aunt in Northern California.

Unfortunately, when it came time to deal with the legalities of a divorce, Lizzie, stressed out beyond belief, signed away primary custody of her two boys (Sawyer, 6 and Foster, 3) and gave away her rights to spousal support and division of property.

Lizzie is getting back on her feet now and wants to get more access to her boys and what's due her after eight years of "marriage." Her ex-husband is being spiteful and is making it difficult some times for Lizzie to talk or see her boys. What's worse, he has completely closed off communication between the boys and their grandparents -- HEARTBREAKING!

Lizzie had a lawyer for another matter and was going to file court papers to renegotiate the divorce and secure grandparents' rights ... but she ran out of money.

Lizzie needs a minimum of $5000 for a further retainer for the lawyer ... but may need more as time goes on with her case. Therefore, we're asking for $10,000 for her.

Lizzie raised three bright kids who are doing well in school and are great young citizens. During most of the eight years of "marriage," Lizzie's "husband" was away weeks at a time -- he's a wilderness firefighter -- so most of their upbringing fell onto her shoulders. She did a great job! Now she wants to be with them again.
