Hello, I'm Liz. I am a stay-at-home mom of two. My family is being forced move and throw out almost all of our belongings due to a mold infestation in the home that we have been renting.

Due to the severity of the condition of our current home, we are forced to start from scratch to prevent spreading mold to our new home. I will need to replace everything from furniture, bedding, towels, and baby items, to clothing, shoes, and outerwear - basically anything that is not glass or metal will need to be replaced, unfortunately. Moving has become more urgent as I believe that the mold issue is impacting our health and we have not been able to get our landlord to take proper action in fixing the worsening problem. As the problem worsens and continues to be dismissed by our landlord, it has become clear that our best option is to leave our current home.

Getting my family out of this house and into our new home is of upmost importance and has been our focus for months - and the time has finally come! Unfortunately, losing almost everything at once is a lot to handle financially to have to replace, and (of course at the worst timing) work has been slow for my partner. Every penny possible has been going towards securing our new mold-free home for our family.
