Hi , we live in Wigan UK.

My son James who is only 14 is suffering with an undiagnosed illness since March 2024.

James is poorly with suspected chronic / severe debilitating ‘ migraines’ with black outs, & seizure … he has had 39 episodes in 2 & half years .. and there is no end !

James has Suspected epilepsy & or other neurological conditions

He also has developed ARFID due to severe/ chronic sickness , he is already underweight because of it.

James has unexpected fainting / unwell episodes ,

James is under investigation for autism.

As you can see this little boy & this illness has had a huge impact on both our life’s , everything is restricted and nothing is normal.

James has to be supervised at all times

I have had to quit 2 jobs to look after my son , and is now home schooled since last year as it was impossible to keep him in due to the sickness / pain/ fainting he endures.

I feel the doctors and specialist have let him down as the follow ups was not done and was forgotten about , along with bare minimum test.

The lack of care & concern off any NHS doctor or specialist for little James is very real

If I can raise enough money I would like togo private for answers , I do not know how much more his frail body can take , his suffering needs to end.

The money will go to immediate test , instead of James waiting on non appointments or months and maybe a year to get answers

James also needs urgent treatment with his eating disorder ARFID , that has already caused his growing body to be deformed.

Seeing James in hospital last week having morphine for his severe pain was incredibly heart breaking , little James has been here time and time again and I still do not have an answer.

I am constantly fighting for answers and test off the NHS

James has been a poorly child for a extremely long time , I would use the money for emergency’s , private test & treatments ( he so desperately needs )

If we are lucky enough a nice treat for James. As he has no life of any kind like a teenager should .

This illness is stealing his years of being a child .

James is a very loved little guy , I do not have parents to support me or family .

I am at breaking point ,

I need answers and we cannot wait any longer.

How long does he have to suffer for ?

How long can a child handle all this stress on his body .
