A few weeks ago, Lithnel, a beloved retired teacher who dedicated 35 years to teaching in Essex, was the victim of a violent home invasion that left him injured, shaken, and facing devastating losses.
What should have been the safety of his own home became a scene of fear and trauma. During the attack, Lithnel suffered injuries requiring urgent dental work and ongoing therapy, and he also lost over $10,000 in cash — savings he had worked hard for and kept at home.
After spending decades helping students learn and grow, Lithnel now needs help from the community he’s always cared so deeply for. We are hoping to raise $10,000 to cover:
• The cash stolen during the invasion
• Dental and medical treatment from his injuries
• Therapy and mental health support for recovery
Lithnel has always been known for his kindness, patience, and dedication to others. Now, it’s our turn to give back to someone who gave so much of himself to his students and community.
Please consider donating or sharing this campaign to help Lithnel rebuild his sense of safety, recover from his injuries, and begin to heal.
❤️ Every dollar and every share makes a difference. Thank you for supporting Lithnel.
