"Sportsman's Finest, beloved Lindy Wilks of the Fly Fishing Department has type 2 endometrial uterine serous carcinoma cancer. Lindy's cancer has metastasized and is classified as stage 4. She recently had surgery and has just begun chemotherapy.


Lindy is a beacon of kindness and laughs for all those that know her. Lindy has worked relentlessly to support the Fly Fishing community and has left an unmistakable impact on many of you as well as the sport in central Texas. Now is our chance to support her and to help her get back to doing what she loves most--fishing and inspiring our community. 


This is going to be emotionally, physically, and financially difficult for Lindy and Bruce and we are letting you know because, for those of you willing, we know Bruce and Lindy could use your help to get Lindy back on her feet and back in the water!  Funds are needed now to help with Medical expenses.  Your help will be greatly appreciated from the bottom of their hearts and souls!
