I'm setting up this account on behalf of the many members of Lincoln Against TGI. We have a common goal of stopping the 100+ Bed Homeless Respite Facility that is being dumped in our community by The Gathering Inn, without FIRST attempting to establish a partnership with us. The impact that the largest Homeless Respite Facility in California will have on the safety and future of our community is unfathomable. I love Lincoln and will do anything in my own power to stop this.....but we need help from all of you too! I know many have asked to donate to the cause and I felt this was the easiest way to organize that. Our main goal at this point is informing our entire community and surrounding areas what we are being faced with while the City of Lincoln and WPUSD are taking legal action. I would like to order at least 1,000 more yard signs right away to make sure their is a sign on every street in every neighborhood. Rather than charge for this, if we can get enough donations, we can hand them out for free to anyone that wants one.

We anticipate there will be future needs but wanted to be careful to be conservative in what we ask for. If there are any funds remaining, we would like to donate them to the City of Lincoln if legal costs become a burden, and to The Salt Mine to assist our local homeless population.
