Hi, I’m Lexie, and I’m incredibly excited to share something very special with you.

In July 2028, I have the opportunity to travel to Cambodia for four weeks with Camps International on a school expedition — an experience that I know could change my life.

This isn’t just a holiday.

It’s a chance to step outside everything I know, experience a completely different culture, meet incredible people, learn about communities and the challenges they face, and take part in hands-on community and conservation projects that can make a real difference.

I’ll be away for four weeks, learning, helping, challenging myself and hopefully coming home with memories and experiences that will stay with me for the rest of my life.

But there’s one big challenge standing between me and this incredible opportunity…

I need to raise £5,500

That is a huge amount of money, especially as a young person, but I’m determined not to let the size of the target stop me.

Over the next two years, I’ll be working hard to raise the money myself through fundraising events, challenges and anything else I can do. I want to look back and know that I earned my place on this adventure and gave everything I could to make it happen.

Every £5, £10, £20 or £50 donated might seem small, but when lots of people come together, those small donations can become something incredible.
