Friends, family, and supporting community. We are heartbroken to be writing this on August 12. My sister Brooke Murfin was tragically taken from us in an accident, leaving behind two children. We are starting this GoFundMe to help with the funeral costs during this difficult time. If you are able to donate or share, it would mean so much. Brooke was only 24 years old. She was beautiful, outgoing, and passionate about everything she did in life. She was a kind, beautiful soul inside and out. Brooke has a two-year-old and an eight-year-old who are the best children you’ll ever meet in your life. She made sure of that. She was a guardian angel to them, and to her family and friends. She loved to help everyone that needed help, whether it was some advice or food in hard times of need. I can speak all day about how great a person she was. She was a sister to me. She was older than me, but still my little sister, and now we are in great debt to her and her two children. Our main focus is to raise enough money for Brooke's funeral/burial so we can give her what she deserves. Her soul now needs to be laid to rest. Thank you if you can support Brooke in this time. None of this money will go to the family; it will go straight to Brooke. If there’s any money left over after the cost of the funeral/burial, it will go to Brooke's two and eight-year-old.
