Pathos Gia Gnosi - Veteran Charity (PGGVC) is building a nonprofit for veterans anchored in transparency, resilience, and legacy.
Our journey begins with Phase 1, where we lay the foundation through legal filings, compliance systems, and reserves. In Phase 2, we move from paperwork to impact, launching pilot programs and building the infrastructure veterans deserve. Phase 3 expands those pilots into full operations, hiring staff and strengthening systems to prepare for institutional grants. By Phase 4, PGGVC scales statewide with $10M annual operations, delivering comprehensive services to thousands of veterans. Finally, Phase 5 takes our proven model national, replicating it across 10 states with $100M in annual operations. Each phase builds credibility, capacity, and impact — ensuring that every donor’s gift is part of a lasting legacy for veterans.
Introduction
My name is Daniel, and I am personally carrying the responsibility of Phase 1: establishing Pathos Gia Gnosi Veteran Charity (PGGVC). This nonprofit is dedicated to serving veterans and their families with accountability, stewardship, and long‑term impact. As a fellow veteran and someone who has experienced homelessness, myself, I am obligated to use what I've learned about nonprofits and show them how to do it properly.
To ensure PGGVC is built to last, we are using a layered land trust structure — combining nonprofit incorporation, property LLC operations, and a land trust beneficiary arrangement. This approach creates a secure foundation for both the charity and future ventures, protecting assets and guaranteeing compliance from day one.
Purpose of the Campaign
Our goal is to raise $5000 to cover the professional costs of establishing PGGVC. and future fundraisers will provide the reserves needed for sustainable operations. Everything donated past $5000 will be recorded as “unrestricted pilot-program funding;” meaning it can be credited toward any program the nonprofit services.
Funds will go toward:
- Legal filings and structuring: nonprofit incorporation, IRS 501(c)(3) application, property LLC setup, and land trust formation
- Accounting and compliance systems: audit‑ready bookkeeping, tax planning, and multi‑entity reporting
- Administrative setup: trustee recordkeeping, confidentiality protocols, and insurance coverage
- Initial funding contributions: seed capital for PGGVC operations and trust activation reserves
Why This Matters
PGGVC is more than a nonprofit — it is a legacy framework designed to serve veterans with transparency and resilience.
- Resilience: Assets are protected and operations are structured for long‑term growth
- Transparency: Donors can trust that compliance and accountability are built in from the start
- Legacy impact: PGGVC is positioned to expand responsibly, with reserves and governance systems ready for future scaling
