Inspired by my brother Drew’s immense potential—and the limited, often bleak employment paths typically offered—Mainstreamed Marketplace was created to unlock real careers, not just temporary or unfulfilling jobs. Watching Drew’s talents and drive stand in sharp contrast to the narrow options available made it clear that the problem wasn’t ability, but access. What began as frustration with a broken system became an opportunity for innovation: a platform designed to create sustainable careers that honor independence and embrace unique pathways to success.
