My name is Seauxlei LePaon, and I’m the founder of Kinktharsis—a series of immersive workshops and virtual coaching sessions that help people reconnect to their bodies through shadow play, embodiment, and conscious kink.
Kinktharsis was born out of a truth I’ve seen again and again:
Kink can be healing.
Especially for those of us reclaiming ourselves after trauma, touch deprivation, or silence.
As a former journalist and sexual anthropologist, I’ve spent years in deep conversation with people across the kink community—many of whom were survivors of sexual abuse, repression, and erasure. Time after time, they told me the same thing:
“Kink gave me a voice.”
“Consent let me reclaim control.”
“This is the first time I felt safe in my body.”
Kinktharsis is my way of weaving those stories, truths, and lived experiences into an accessible space of guided transformation. Our programming is specifically designed for:
• Newcomers to kink who are curious but cautious
• Survivors of trauma and sexual abuse
• BIPOC, queer, and underrepresented communities
• Anyone seeking embodied healing, power, or sensual liberation
Why I Need Your Support
Creating trauma-informed, inclusive, and safely facilitated kink-based healing spaces takes real resources—from materials and travel to accessibility accommodations and emotional labor.
Your support will go toward:
• Venue rental and supplies for in-person workshops
• Accessibility tools (like sliding scale tuition, sensory aids, and support staff)
• Travel and scholarship funds for BIPOC and queer participants
• Sensory-safe props for catharsis and embodiment (rope, fabric, cushions, etc.)
• Technology upgrades for virtual coaching and digital resources
This Is About More Than Play
Kinktharsis isn’t just a workshop. It’s a ritual space.
A holding ground.
A soft, powerful altar where people can rewrite their relationship with power, desire, and control.
If you’ve ever longed to feel safe in your body again…
If you believe healing can be messy, sexy, and real…
If you want to support those reclaiming pleasure after pain…
Please donate, share, and spread the word.
Together, we’re helping people come home to themselves—one consent-filled moment at a time.
