I’m excited to introduce Give & Grow Inc., a new nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals and families in our community access essential resources like housing support, food, furniture, toys, clothing, and household goods.

We already have a garage full of goods ready to distribute, but before we can officially operate, we need to cover a few essential startup costs:

NJ Certificate of Incorporation: $75 – this officially registers Give & Grow Inc. in New Jersey

IRS 1023-EZ filing fee: $275 – this gives us 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, allowing donations to be tax-deductible and grants to be applied for

Optional bank and minor fees: $25–$50 – to open a nonprofit bank account and cover small administrative expenses

Attorney filing fees: $150–$200

Delivery Equipment $200

Total needed: approximately $375–$700

Allow us to expand our services and help more families

Put clothing, furniture, toys, and household goods directly into the hands of families who need them
