My name is Bill, and as a veteran living in northern Michigan, I’ve seen firsthand how severe winter weather can threaten the safety and wellbeing of our most vulnerable neighbors. After noticing the high costs and limited availability of reliable snow removal—especially for those who need it most—I knew something had to be done. That’s why I’m starting Frost Responders Inc, a nonprofit dedicated to providing free, emergency snow removal and winter access services to veterans, low-income families, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities in Crawford County and beyond.

Frost Responders Inc is built on the values of service, preparedness, and community collaboration. We work closely with local governments and partners to ensure that, when winter storms hit, no one is left stranded or isolated. Our mission is to keep families, seniors, veterans, and first responders safe, mobile, and connected—no matter how harsh the conditions. With your support, we can purchase the equipment and cover the operational costs needed to respond quickly and effectively during emergencies.
