Help Launch Fired Up: A Community Pottery in Gateshead

Hi! I'm Julia.

After 12 years of working in pottery — teaching, creating, and sharing this beautiful craft — I’m finally taking a leap to launch my own community pottery studio in Gateshead!

I’m launching a GoFundMe to help us raise the funds we need to get it off the ground — every penny that you donate will go towards tools, equipment and materials for a welcoming creative space where everyone can come to learn, unwind, make friends and enjoy the beautiful art form of clay.

With continuous fundraising through the year we are also hoping to open our doors to more people in need of a community space to help with mental health, loneliness, low income, social interaction, the send provision and free workshops for kids during the holidays and the chance to collaborate with primary and secondary schools

Our vision is big...but we need our community support to help us achieve it!
