Hi I am starting this gofund me on behalf of Larry. I met him at a public park living in his car with his 100 pound dog Grizzly. Something in me told me to go over and talk to him and get his story. Larry suffered a grand mal seizure at 10 years old and brain surgery that has had lasting effects on him to this day. He suffers from a TBI so it may seem like he’s a little off but it is not because of substance’s, it is his disability. He unfortunately was a caretaker for his grandma who gave him a roof over his head. When she died, his siblings sold the house and he has been on the streets in his car ever since. My goal is to either help him get a new car to live in or to get him into housing. I am a military wife and mom to 3 and doing my best to help but I need to get his story out there to bring in the help he deserves! No disabled elder should be living this way.
