Help Laolu and Lincoln Feed Metro Atlanta!

Hi! My name is Laolu Oguneye, and in early 2023 my friend Lincoln Murph and I founded Beacon United, a community based non-profit that focuses on dismantling the stigma of homelessness through spreading positivity and alleviating hunger.

Growing up in Metro Atlanta, surrounded by homelessness and hunger, Lincoln and I knew that we wanted to make a difference in our community, and Beacon United became our method of doing so. We have served over 1000 meals to the homeless, which has come largely out of our pockets. We love what we do, and so we have no issues with coming out of pocket, but due to financial restrictions the amount of reach that we can have is limited.
