This moratorium is a joke! It’s the worst thing we have seen since Covid! This is a nightmare for every single landlord out there and there is not much that we can do!!! Landlords are the real victims here! We the landlords need to unite and fight for our given rights! NY LANDLORDS would like to become the voice of every landlord and small property owner out there. Our strong team of legal and other professionals will fight for every one of you as best as we can and will not give up until we see some changes. As you all know we are in the process of setting up another rally. We need to get our voices heard and for media to hear our side of the story. As of now the current situation is looking grim for landlords. It is time to unite and present a unified front. Setting up and organizing a rally is not only time consuming but also costs money. This group is run primarily by myself and Mike Soyfer. We are two NY landlords who are tired of being taken advantage of and want to do something about it. We are looking for volunteers to help with setting up with the rally as well as donations which will fund the organizing, obtaining permits, making signs, providing transportation, etc. We can not organize this alone and need your guys help.
