My name is Laila, and I am a mother of three young daughters living in Gaza.

For the past two years, the war has taken away everything we once had. We used to live a simple life filled with love and safety. We dreamed of a brighter future for our children, but today all of that feels so far away.

Because of the difficult situation, we have been living with relatives in very crowded conditions, without privacy or stability. We are grateful to still be alive, but survival alone is not enough. My daughters need food, medicine, warmth, and the chance to live their childhood with dignity.

Every day, I see the questions in their innocent eyes—

“Mama, when will life be normal again? When will we eat like other children?”

As a mother, there is nothing more painful than being unable to provide even the simplest needs for your children.

Today, I write to you from my heart, asking for your compassion and humanity.

Every contribution, every single dollar, no matter how small, can make a huge difference. It can provide a meal, medicine, or even a blanket for my daughters.
