Help Lagan and Family Through This Tough Time

Hey Family, Friends and those who this may reach,

Introduce you to Lagan Brooke,

why is she so special you maybe asking. Lagans momma Jessica had been trying for years to have a baby, thousands spend on testing, fertility clinics trails, and meds. After many years was told she could never conceive.

in May 2024 Jessica found out she was expecting. She was put on high risk, and the journey began. During her second trimester Jessica was doing OUTSTANDING! She was consider no longer high risk.

Yesterday, January 29,2025! Our lil miracle, our gift from God made her debut at 11:53! She was perfect! Healthy 7lb 5 oz 19 inches longer bundle of Joy! The nurses however quickly took Lagan to the baby check station cause Lil Lagan was refusing to cry, they were doing everything to try to get a cry, the pediatrician ran in and shortly wheeled Lagan out of site. She had fluid on her lungs and they said her O2 was a bit low. Fast forward to 730pm, Jessica went to the nursery to see her new baby. She was purple, and her little legs were stiff, the pediatrician came back in and assessed her and told Jessica she was having seizures. And we are going to Children’s hospital in Nashville. At midnight a team of NICU doctors nurses, respiratory specialist and paramedics came rushing in to stabilize Lagan. We did NOT see Lagan again til 4am when we arrived in Nashville.

the waiting game, test, procedures and prayers have already began.

Jessica and myself, Timothy, and Wanda are going to be here for awhile. Food, clothing, extras will be needed!! Any help will be blessed and appreciated!
