Help Us Move After 20 Years in Our Home
Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out during one of the most challenging times for my family. For the past 20 years, my retired mother, my young nephew, and I have called the same house our home—a place filled with stability, love, and cherished memories. Unfortunately, we’ve been served a no-fault eviction notice and now have just 18 days to leave.
Originally, my sister was planning to move with us and had money saved to help with the costs of relocating. However, her circumstances have changed, and she is no longer able to join us. This has left us with no savings to cover the expenses of moving, and we are now facing this challenge on our own.
We’ve secured a temporary place to stay for the next three months, but it requires a security deposit and monthly rent that we simply can’t afford without help. Your support would allow us to cover these immediate costs and give us time to save for a permanent home.
Why We Need Your Help:
The financial burden of this sudden move is overwhelming, especially after 20 years in the same home. Between my mother’s fixed income, my responsibilities as a caregiver, and raising my nephew, we’re struggling to make ends meet. Any funds raised will go toward:
Security deposit and rent for temporary housing
Moving expenses (truck rental, packing supplies, etc.)
Saving for deposits and rent for a permanent home after three months
How You Can Help:
This is not an easy request, but any contribution—no matter the size—would mean the world to us. Your kindness will help us navigate this difficult time and give us the chance to rebuild our lives. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this campaign with others would also make a huge difference.
Thank you for reading and for any support you can offer. We are so grateful for your generosity during this challenging time.
Sincerely,
Kyle Coon and family.
