Help Kung Fu Survive and Grow to Success

Hi, my name is Sifu Freddie Lee, I've been trying to build my Kung Fu School in Chicago to become successful for the last 12 years in the Rogers Park community. The pandemic has hit us hard for the last 2 years and we are struggling to survive and grow. My student base has dwindled down significantly. Businesses all over my street have closed shop and there are a lot of crimes being committed surrounding my school. People are loitering outside on the streets in front of my school and scaring away my customers and potential customers.

In the past 4 years my YouTube earnings was able to keep my school alive and thriving. But lately, in the past 6 months, my YouTube earnings have dwindled down so significantly that it is nearly non exinsistant. It is quite a concern because not only is my school dependent on me for survival but I also have 5 children all under the age of 17 that is dependent on me for survival as well.

Without many students in my school, it feels like it is dying and it is a deep concern. This school needs paying students to survive or it needs money contributions. I have made rent every single month for the last 12 years, but without many students, it would make less sense to stay open opposed to closing down. After 12 years of promoting my school, I still have no night classes being available. After 12 years of staying open, I only have 1 day in the week where my classes have 4 or more students.

With inflation, the pandemic, with the rising gas prices, it has presented some major challenges for the school in which to overcome. I am deeply concerned about the future of the school without the support of my YouTube earnings. That is why I am asking for your help, not just to help the school survive but to actually have it thrive and become successful, where I actually have more than 10 students per class multiple times a week.
