Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for support for my sister, Krystal, and her two daughters, Emily and Yaya, who recently lost their home in a devastating fire.

They had only moments to get out safely, leaving without even shoes on their feet. In an instant, everything they had—their home, their belongings, and the place where so many memories were made—was gone.

While we are incredibly grateful that they made it out safely, the loss is overwhelming—especially for two young girls trying to process something so sudden and life-changing.

Krystal is an incredibly strong and devoted mother who has always put her girls first. She would never ask for help herself, but right now she is facing the unimaginable reality of starting over from nothing.

They are in urgent need of support as they begin to rebuild their lives. This includes finding stable housing, replacing clothing and everyday essentials, and creating a sense of safety and normalcy again for Emily and Yaya.
