Kristin and her kids experienced a devastating loss this week. Her words are better to describe the situation than anyone else's:

"Today I lost half my heart. I don’t have the words to really express my feelings or thoughts or emotions. I am literally living in a nightmare. Thinking of not growing old with you brakes me into pieces. Thinking of you missing our kids growing up hurts my soul. You were my moon and my stars. The light in my life. An amazing person who loved fiercely, made everyone laugh, and was willing to help anyone in need. You were a loving dada, friend, and fiancé.
Depression was not your fault. And you fought for so long to better your life. Not knowing the extent of your current sadness destroys me. I’m so sorry that you felt that death was the final solution to end your pain. You are finally at peace my love. Forever in my heart, I love you all the stars my darling."
Once more for the people in the back: "Depression was not your fault."
In case you or someone you know needs to hear it: "Depression was not your fault."
If you've ever experienced this with a friend or family member in your life: "Depression was not your fault."
For people who might not understand: "Depression was not your fault."
For anyone who needs to be more empathetic: "Depression was not your fault."
