“All I’ve Ever Wanted… Is to Be a Mom.”

Help Kristen and Walker Start the Family They’ve Always Dreamed Of.

“When I was twelve, I was told I’d never be able to have children. I smiled and nodded, but inside I felt like my whole future disappeared in that moment.” — Kristen

Kristen’s story is one of resilience, heartbreak, and unwavering hope. She has spent her entire life quietly fighting a battle most people will never see — and now I am reaching out for Kristen and her loving husband Walker for help with their greatest dream: becoming parents.

Kristen’s Journey
At just six years old, doctors discovered serious complications from Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), a hormonal disorder that can cause painful ovarian cysts, hormone imbalance, and infertility. She was only a little girl when surgeons had to remove her first ovary.
At twelve, she lost her second. Just one month later, lab tests showed her hormone levels were like those of an 80-year-old woman. She had entered premature menopause before she even became a teenager. Doctors explained she would need synthetic hormones for the rest of her life just to survive — and that having biological children would likely never be possible.

“I remember staring at the floor while the doctor talked. I couldn’t even look at my mom. I just kept thinking, ‘This can’t be real. I’m only twelve.’” — Kristen

While her friends moved through high school talking about crushes, prom, and birth control, Kristen smiled through the pain. Many told her she was “lucky” not to have to worry about pregnancy. They didn’t know how deeply those words cut. Behind her smile was grief, as she silently mourned the chance to carry a child — something she had wanted more than anything since she was old enough to understand what the word “Mom” meant.

Synthetic hormones helped her survive, but came with their own challenges: fatigue, Mood issues, aching bones, and constant monitoring. Yet she pushed forward, she met Walker, finished school, built a life and married Walker — the love of her life.

Why They Need Your Help
Today, Kristen and Walker are ready to start the next chapter: becoming parents. But because Kristen no longer has ovaries, traditional paths to pregnancy are not possible. Their path will involve advanced reproductive treatments, egg donation, monitoring while she carries their baby and if that's not possible surrogacy or adoption.
These paths are not just emotionally demanding — they are financially overwhelming.
• Fertility treatments alone can cost $20,000–$50,000+
• Surrogacy can cost over $100,000
• Adoption also involves extensive legal and medical fees
None of these expenses are fully covered by insurance. Every consultation, hormone protocol, procedure, and legal document adds to the cost.

“We have so much love to give. We just need a little help getting to the part where someone calls us Mom and Dad.” — Kristen
