Support Grace's Future

On July 4th, 2024 Tom Yeager passed away unexpectedly. Tom has three amazing children. His sons are grown and actively in college and working in Florida. His youngest, Grace lives at home with her mom - Tom's life partner, Kristen. Grace just turned 7 and is about to begin 2nd grade. During this difficult life transition, Kristen is doing her best to keep Grace focused on having a consistent and active daily routine. This fund is designed to help Grace not miss out on any of the life experiences that every kid deserves to have. Our goal is to take at least some of the financial pressure off of Kristen so that Grace can continue to live the life that her dad wanted her to have.
