Help My Son Kota Recover from a Serious Ebike Accident

On June 13, 2025, my son Kota was involved in a serious ebike accident that left him with two skull fractures and two separate brain bleeds. He also suffered a displaced knee, and we are currently waiting to find out if he will need surgery. Kota is still in the hospital under close observation as doctors monitor his condition and determine the next steps in his care.

Kota works as a journeyman for Northwest Steel Erectors and will be out of work for at least 6 to 8 weeks—possibly longer—while he recovers. Unfortunately, he is on medical leave without pay, and the financial strain is quickly building as medical bills and daily living expenses continue to add up.

Anyone who knows Kota knows how hardworking, dependable, and kind-hearted he is. Now he needs our support more than ever. This fundraiser will help cover essential costs such as rent, groceries, transportation, medications, and other expenses while he focuses on healing.
