Help Kitsune PDX Rebuild After Burglary

My name is Megan and in 2021 I started an anime store in Portland, OR called Kitsune PDX. I put my heart and soul into this store and invested my life savings building it from the ground up with the goal of promoting the local anime artists, fans, and general community. Unfortunately, a close relative developed a severe medical issue and I had to choose between caring for them and keeping Kitsune. Luckily a very lovely couple offered to take over the business for me and continue the mission of providing a safe hub for Portland anime fans. The new owners have become dear friends of mine and I want to see them succeed!

 

In the early hours of May 4 2022, two thieves broke the front windows and illegally entered the store while the owners were out of town. They stole precious, irreplaceable art from small vendors, expensive collectible figures, clothing, damaged glass cases and shelving, and more. None of these items can be replaced. However, I want to help them rebuild the best they can.
