Help Kingston’s Autism Swagger Squad Vermont™ Grow!
Hi everyone,
It's Jocelyn & Kingston Emilo.
I’m reaching out to our amazing community to help Kingston’s Autism Swagger Squad Vermont™: Connect & Play continue to grow!
We’ve been meeting at the local library and have already been featured in The Essex Junction Reporter, with an upcoming interview on the local news! This growing visibility is helping us reach more families, but it also means we need more spaces to host our Connect & Play program across Chittenden County and beyond.
Why We Need Your Help
While I’ve been covering costs out of pocket, securing spaces for our program can be costly. These community spaces often require donations or rental fees to keep their doors open. I need your help to cover these costs so we can continue offering sensory-friendly meetups for our growing group.
In addition, I also need to purchase sensory equipment such as noise-canceling headphones, fidget toys, and other materials to ensure that every child can participate comfortably.
While we will also be hosting free outdoor meetups, I need funds to keep our indoor spaces available for families to enjoy throughout the year.
Where Your Donations Will Go
Securing space for sensory-friendly meetups throughout Chittenden County and beyond
Purchasing essential sensory equipment (headphones, fidgets, weighted items)
Covering costs for running activities and materials for the program
Our goal is $4,000 to ensure that we can continue providing safe, welcoming spaces for families.
If you know of any community spaces that would be willing to collaborate or allow us to host events, please reach out to me at [email redacted].

Please donate, share, and spread the word! Every contribution helps us provide a welcoming, safe space for neurodivergent kids and their families.
